Company History
Bonded Materials Company was originally founded in 1955
in Hawaii. In 1987, Bonded Materials merged with Quikrete® of Hawaii and
BOMAT, Ltd. was created. The new company became the leading local manufacturer
and distributor of building materials for the construction, restoration, building
maintenance and waterproofing industries.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Donald G. Deer quickly developed a reputation
for honesty, loyalty and fair play with his straightforward leadership. Donald’s
sons, Jeff and Brian are also key members of BOMAT, Ltd.
Jeff Deer is the principal owner and President, while Brian Deer is both an owner
and Secretary/Treasurer.
The operation grew quickly and in 1994, the Phoenix, Arizona plant was opened. Having
secured a license to manufacture C-Cure products from C-Cure Chemical Company in
1993, the Phoenix operation continued to thrive throughout the years. Now in its
third location, the Phoenix plant hosts approximately 52,000 square feet of office,
manufacturing and warehouse space.
As an added convenience to our customers in the Nevada area, Bonded Materials Company
opened a distribution warehouse in Las Vegas in 1999. With nearly 6,000 square feet
of office and warehouse space available, the Las Vegas distribution facility is
capable of meeting the storage and distribution needs of our Nevada customers with
ease.
