This single-component mortar cures to provide a high flexural strength. AllFlex will reduce tile cracking when used on appropriate substrates that are subjected to limited deflection and vibration. AllFlex may be applied directly over, in plane minor shrinkage cracks up to 1/16" in width with no additional crack-isolation membrane application. PL Poxy Setting Mortar - data msds tech bulletins
Pro-Line Poxy. 100 % solids epoxy setting mortar is used to produce an impermeable, high strength mortar, and is highly resistant to chemicals. Suitable backing when used as a setting mortar include properly prepared brick, ceramic tile, glass mesh mortar units, steel, glass, fiberglass, masonry concrete, and cured Portland cement mortar beds. Use it for interior floor and wall applications and for exterior applications where the surface temperature is 50°-100° F (10°-38°C). It may be used for both floor and wall installations. Epoxy mortar thickness should not exceed 1/4" thickness after tiles have been properly embedded. Pro-Line Poxy. is water cleanable before curing and easy to work. Pro-Line Poxy. is not affected by prolonged contact with water, but does not necessarily form a waterproof barrier unless special precautions are taken to maintain a continuous film of epoxy mortar 3/32" (2.4 mm) thick with no gaps. PERMABOND® 902 is a dual purpose — floor and wall — premium dry-set mortar. It features high bond strengths, extended open time, creamy consistency and additional coverage over standard dry-set mortars. Best used for cost effective interior and exterior applications. Meets ANSI A118.1 and A108.5. It is particularly suited for tile installations in hot and dry parts of the country.
PERMABOND® FASTSET 904 is a factory blend of Portland cement, sand and special chemical additives which produce an excellent, fast setting, dry-set mortar. PERMABOND FASTSET 904 enables the contractor to set tile and grout within two hours so that he will have a finished installation which can be open to foot traffic in 4 hours.
MULTICURE® 905 is a powdered latex enhanced dry-set mortar composed of Portland cement, sand and special polymer additives. MULTICURE 905 is used as a bond coat for setting all types of ceramic tile over a variety of substrates including exterior grade plywood (EGP). MULTICURE 905 offers the economy and ease of application of dry-set mortars while significantly improving bond strengths, freeze-thaw stability, flexural strength and other qualities formerly available only through the use of liquid latex additives.
PRO FULL CONTACT™ 907 is specifically formulated to provide a single-step installation method for large format ceramic tile and stone. It fully supports heavy tiles and stone, reducing lippage problems and the need for leveling or pre-floating rough surfaces. PRO FULL CONTACT 907 can be built up to 3/4" (19 mm) without shrinkage or extended set times. PRO FULL CONTACT 907 virtually eliminates lippage by effectively supporting large, heavy units on the floor. PRO FULL CONTACT 907's non-sag properties hold large stone in place in demanding vertical installations. It has excellent impact resistance, is water cleanable, nonflammable and requires no tile pre-soaking. PRO FULL CONTACT 907 is not affected by prolonged contact with water, but it does not form a waterproof barrier. PRO FULL CONTACT 907 is used as a setting bed from 3/32" to 3/4" (2.4 to 19 mm) after the tiles have been properly embedded.
QUICKCURE 908 is a polymer-modified dry-set mortar designed to be used as a fast setting bond coat for the installation of all types of tile over a variety of substrates. QUICKCURE 908 enables the contractor to set tile and grout within 2 hours to provide a finished installation which can be open to full foot traffic in hours. These areas include tile repairs, main entrances, elevator waiting areas, escalator landings and other areas requiring minimum downtime.
THINSET 911 is a factory blend of Portland cement, sand and a unique blend of special additives. C-Cure THINSET 911 produces an excellent bond with greater coverage than conventional dry-set mortars for the installation of ceramic tile.
PRO M-FLEX STRATA 914 will reduce tile cracking when used on substrates subjected to limited deflection and vibration. It may be applied directly over in plane, minor shrinkage cracks up to 1/16" (1.6 mm) in width with no special preparation procedures. Our Advanced Poly-Fusion Technology provides superior flexibility when mixed with water only. PRO M-FLEX STRATA 914 may be used to bond all types of ceramic tile and natural stone over a variety of substrates including exterior grade plywood.
914 M-Flex Strata FastSet - data msds
PRO M-FLEX STRATA® FASTSET 914-FS is a flexible, fast-setting, polymer-modified mortar that is composed of an integral blend of special dry polymers and plasticizers for flexibility, special chemical additives for fast-setting properties, Portland cement and sand. PRO M-FLEX STRATA FASTSET 914-FS allows the contractor to grout within two hours of setting tile so the finished installation can be open to foot traffic in 4 - 6 hours. PRO M-FLEX STRATA FASTSET 914-FS provides a permanent installation with faster set times, higher bond and flexural strength and lower material and labor costs than conventional Portland cement mortar beds.
UNIFLEX® 916 is a technological breakthrough in the development of a truly elastomeric dry-set mortar for the installation of ceramic tile and dimension stone. UNIFLEX 916 is composed of a unique synergism of latex polymers and Portland cement. UNIFLEX 916 may also be used as an elastomeric antifracture membrane for the installation of ceramic tile, marble, slate and granite over a variety of surfaces. UNIFLEX 916 is trowel applied to develop an elastic membrane that is designed to prevent existing cracks in the substrate from transferring through the tile installation. Due to its excellent flexibility, UNIFLEX 916 allows the installation of hard surfaces to substrates subject to vibrations and deflection up to 1/240 of the span.
MULTISET 917 is the economical polymer modified dry-set mortar designed for the bonding of all types of tiles. It may be used for either walls or floors for both interior and exterior applications where a liquid latexmodified mortar is recommended. MULTISET 917 is a blend of Portland cement, sand and special dry latex additives that significantly improve bond strength and freeze-thaw stability — performance characteristics typically available only through the addition of liquid latex additives to dry-set mortar.

919 PermaBond Medium Bed - data msds
PERMABOND® MEDIUM BED 919 is a dry-set mortar composed of Portland cement, sand and special chemical additives. It is used as a bond coat for setting marble, granite andother larger unit ceramic tiles over a variety of substrates. PERMABOND MEDIUM BED 919 is specifically formulated to hold large tile and marble units in place on vertical surfaces. It is also effective on horizontal surfaces; its non-sag properties limit tile settling after placement, thereby reducing slippage. It may be used in a setting bed as thin as 1/8" (3 mm) or as thick as 3/4" (19 mm) after embedding.
PRO M-LITE 929 TILE & STONE MORTAR offers high flexibility and bond strength for a wide variety of floor and wall tile installations. Excellent for setting large format tile or stone, PRO M-LITE 929 will not sag or slip on walls and offers non-slump performance for floor installations. PRO M-LITE 929 is 40% lighter than traditional mortars, providing excellent handling characteristics. A 30 lb. (13.6 kg) bag covers the same area as a 50 lb. (22.7 kg) bag of traditional mortar. 1002 PermaBond Ultra Adhesive - data msds
PERMABOND® ULTRA 1002 is a superior strength adhesive composed of the highest quality organic resins and latexes. It has been formulated to perform equally well for both wall and floor tile installations. PERMABOND ULTRA 1002 is a Type I adhesive designed specifically for the installation of vitreous and non-vitreous ceramic wall and floor tile on vertical or horizontal surfaces. It is easy to apply, non-flammable and safer to use than adhesives containing flammable solvents.
