Pro-Line ProBond - data msds tech bulletins
Pro-Line ProBond can be used as a bonding adhesive as well as an admixture to improve adhesive qualities, moisture retention, flexibility, toughness and chemical resistance. When used as a bonding adhesive, Pro-Line ProBond will bond new mortar, plaster and concrete to existing concrete, block, tile, brick, marble, stone, wallboard, metal, glass and most painted surfaces. As an admixture, Pro-Line ProBond may be substituted for a portion of the water content in mortar, plaster or concrete to improve most all the physical properties of these Portland cement mixes. Modified mixes will also resist cracking and chemical degradation due to chloride exposure.
Pro-Line ProCrylic - data msds tech bulletins
Pro-Line ProCrylic is a liquid polymer additive designed to be used in place of water to increase performance and bond strength of setting mortars, grouts, and Portland cement mortar mixes. It adds water resistance and improves shock absorption. Substantially increases performance of thin-set mortars for setting all types of tile, stone and setting over hard to bond to surfaces. Meets ANSI A118.4 and A118.11.
Pro-Line ProLatex - data msds tech bulletins
Pro-Line ProLatex is a liquid polymer additive designed to be used in place of water to increase performance and bond strength of dry-set mortars such as Pro-Line FloorSet or Portland cement mortar mixes. It adds water resistance and improves shock absorption. Increases performance of non-polymer modified thin-set mortars for setting all types of tile, stone and setting over hard to bond to surfaces. Meets ANSI A118.4 and A118.11.
C-Cure’s CURECRETE® 936 Latex-Portland Cement Mortar System consists of a premium latex additive and a dry-set mortar powder. CURECRETE 936 is designed for the installation of tiles in demanding exterior and interior conditions. Because of its superior bond and flexural strengths, it is ideally suited for areas subjected to movement, vibration and thermal shock.
CUREMIX® 937 Admixture is a blend of latex emulsions and special chemical modifiers formulated for the addition to C-Cure’s dry-set mortars, grouts and underlayment systems. This admixture when used in lieu of water will significantly improve the bond strength and flexibility of mortar systems to particularly hard and smooth surfaces. In addition, it will increase a mortar’s internal adhesion, frost resistance and flexural strength. It also inhibits the penetration of water or other liquids.
CURECRYLIC® 938 Admixture is an acrylic latex emulsion formulated to enhance C-Cure grouts. CURECRYLIC 938 may also be used as an additive to C-Cure’s dry-set mortars for those less demanding installations which require a latex Portland cement mortar. For C-Cure grouts and mortars, CURECRYLIC 938 significantly improves bond strengths, provides higher density, greater flexibility and resistance to thermal shock. CURECRYLIC 938’s acrylic base provides UV stability enhancing a grout’s appearance through better colorretention and less fading caused by ultraviolet rays.
CUREFAST® 941 is a modified latex admixture that greatly accelerates the set time of dry-set mortars and grouts.CUREFAST 941 has been designed as a liquid additive that is used in lieu of water with C-Cure’s dry-set mortars and grouts for high speed and high production jobs that require the contractor to provide a finished installation normal service in the shortest possible time. These conditions most commonly exist during repair jobs in kitchens and fast food chains, small jobs in remote areas and large jobs that require maximum production in short periods of time. Total installation should easily be done in a matter of 4 to 8 hours.
945 ProGrout Additive" - data msds
PROGROUT ADDITIVE 945 is a blend of acrylic emulsions and special chemical modifiers that have been specifically formulated to greatly improve the physical working and performance characteristics of Portland cement based grouts. Used in lieu of water when mixing, PROGROUT ADDITIVE will significantly improve bond strength, flexibility and resistance to frost and thermal shock. PROGROUT ADDITIVE also chemically ensures more complete hydration (curing) of Portland cement based grouts. Proper curing inhibits the development of commonly encountered grouting problems such as initial discoloration, color fading, powdering, cracking and efflorescence.
